| Requirements | My client owns a local apartment complex and they are in need of a Maintenance Manager. This is a IMMEDIATE HIRE! The job will require fixing maintenance problems within the units (installing new dishwasher, electrical, plumbing and so forth). HVAC Certification would be a plus. There are 2 maintenance technicians that report to the Maintenance Manager. Excellent hourly wage, bonuses, FULL MEDICAL BENEFITS, vacation, paid time off.
