Job: Construction Project Manager/Estimator-FILLED!!!

• Must be a excellent communicator with customers, sub-contractors, prospective clients and engineers/architects concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling.
• Estimating and Project Management skills
• COMPUTER SAVVY…they utilize a complex construction estimating/project management software
• Previous experience as an Engineer, Construction Manager or Superintendent is a bonus
• Ability to produce status reports to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
• Word, Excel, Office, MS Project.
• Scheduling software, blueprint take-offs, AutoCAD, labor estimating, on-site measurements and as-built drawings.
• A commitment to maintaining the company image and providing excellent service to their customer base
• Computer skills are definitely a plus
