Job: Junior Wealth Advisor

Title Junior Wealth Advisor
Requirements

My client is a local wealth advisement company and they are looking for a junior investment advisor to assist their management team.
The junior advisor will participate in client and prospect meetings with a senior advisor and in meetings with the accounting firm’s professionals and partners. This position will require learning all administrative tasks related to servicing clients and providing support for firm-wide activities. Eventually, this individual will become the primary service contact for clients and maintain a client base.  When the junior advisor has demonstrated proficiency in client services and new business consultation, they will have the opportunity to become a lead advisor. As a lead advisor, they will have the option to continue operating in that role in the Evansville area, or take a position within the company geography as opportunities become available.

This is a great opportunity for professionals interested in the financial services industry. This role is part of a program aimed at developing individuals seeking a structured and supportive path to become a financial advisor.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have their Bachelors degree, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the financial service industry and have passed their Series 7 and 66 license exams.  They must have strong communication skills, be a proactive team contributor and have the client’s best interest in mind at all times.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!! The position is open due to a promotion for the person who was in the position previously.

The upward mobility of moving into a position with greater responsibility is very good…they take care of their employees. So, if you are in a dead end job with no chance of being promoted, this one could be for you!
