Gene, I had Adam check with the bank examiners for the reason they rejected him. They told him he didn’t interview strong. That phone interview was the morning before he met with you. He just completed interviewing with ABC Company; phone.one on one. and one on two interviews. He has been offered the job and negotiated a higher starting salary. The company he interviewed with was complimenting his interview answers and his list of questions. It’s great to see what a change he made in interviewing skills.
